Departmental structure: Government departments are not merely subdivisions of the Office of the Chief. Each department is responsible for its assigned mission and program work. The Executive Branch provides administrative oversight, coordination, implementation assistance, records support, reporting support, and other governmental services that help departments function effectively.
Current Departments

Separate missions. Coordinated government.

Departments may cooperate on shared priorities, but each maintains a clear primary lane so responsibility remains understandable and accountable.
