Protective-services role: BLACKREIGN is modeled on the discipline, discretion, readiness, and close-protection mission associated with professional executive-protection details. It is not the United States Secret Service and does not claim federal law-enforcement authority. Members act only within the authority lawfully available to them for a particular assignment, location, agreement, or professional credential.
Mission
Protect the principal. Preserve dignity. Maintain readiness.
BLACKREIGN Executive Protection exists to safeguard the life, safety, privacy, dignity, and orderly movement of the principal or principals formally placed under its protection. The unit serves through disciplined preparation, professional conduct, discretion, awareness, coordination, and responsible protective presence.
Close Personal ProtectionProvide authorized protective presence and personal-security support for designated principals during approved Tribal, ceremonial, business, diplomatic, community, and travel-related activities.
Principal-Centered DutyKeep the safety, dignity, privacy, and continuity of the protected principal at the center of every assignment while maintaining professional boundaries and disciplined conduct.
Advance CoordinationCoordinate in advance with authorized hosts, venues, transportation providers, event staff, licensed security, emergency services, and other responsible parties so assignments are organized and avoidable risks are reduced.
Protective ReadinessMaintain physical readiness, situational awareness, communication discipline, emergency-response fundamentals, first-aid preparedness, and sound judgment appropriate to the protective role.
Discretion & ConfidentialityProtect sensitive information concerning the principal, schedules, movements, family matters, private meetings, internal plans, and other information entrusted to the detail.
Professional ConductServe without arrogance, unnecessary confrontation, intimidation, or misuse of title. Members are expected to be calm, observant, respectful, disciplined, and accountable.
Emergency CoordinationSupport immediate safety, medical assistance, evacuation, communication, and coordination with appropriate public or private emergency resources when circumstances require it.
Documentation & AccountabilityMaintain assignment records, incident documentation, supervisory reporting, and after-action review consistent with Department of Defense standards and the confidentiality of the principal.
Training Path
Marshal foundation. Executive-protection capacity.
BLACKREIGN personnel complete the Initial Tribal Marshal phase as a common foundation in discipline, professional standards, emergency readiness, communication, documentation, rights awareness, and limits of authority. After that foundation, they are selected and used in a different capacity: close personal protection.
Required FoundationInitial Tribal Marshal Phase
Provides the baseline training and professional standards expected before a member may be considered for BLACKREIGN assignment. Completion of that phase does not itself create police powers or guarantee selection for executive protection.
