The measure of institution-building is what remains useful, truthful, organized, and strong for the generations that follow.
The Tribe's long-term work is not measured only by what can be announced today. It is measured by whether families are stronger, children are educated, institutions keep accurate records, businesses endure, leaders are accountable, history is preserved, and useful systems survive their founders.
Every charter, archive, training system, educational resource, program, enterprise, and policy should be built with continuity in mind. Leadership should prepare successors, records should be preserved, and programs should be capable of serving people beyond a single personality or generation.
