Name, Purpose & Membership
Defines the name and purpose of the Bylaws and sets out the Tribe's stated membership framework.
Adopted August 22, 2025, by Tribal Council Resolution No. 25-001. The public website copy omits signature and seal lines while preserving the substantive text of the Bylaws.
The Bylaws provide the Tribe's internal framework for governance, administration, membership, meetings, finance, resolutions and laws, judicial authority, amendments, and related organizational matters.
